As a means of displaying the technical capabilities of Firestone, a Chevrolet Tahoe was converted and tuned to a full air suspension with electronic controls. The electronic system reduces air consumption, provides three heights to aid entry and maneuver obstacles, as well as additional safety features includes reading speed and door signals. In addition to the electronic system features, the ride improvement due to the air suspension is significant, as shown in the subjective test results.
