Firestone worked closely with Link Manufacturing, Braun Corporation and Boston EMS to convert a typically height control valve system with dump to the IntelliRide system. The key purpose of going to the IntelliRide system was DURABILITY.
The Firestone engineered regenerative desiccant air dryer eliminates moisture from the system. This means NO VALVES FREEZING. The result is a consistently operating system even in the coldest conditions.
The IntelliRide system monitors operations, including those that require air consumption, every 10 milliseconds. This DRAMATICALLY IMPROVES COMPRESSOR LIFE by over 3 times over a purely height control valve system.
